Reading the evidence
Methodology
This portfolio demo shows selected markets from release 9, published Sep 10, 2026 and captured Sep 24, 2026. It is a fixed historical example. There are no automatic data updates, monitoring jobs, or live rankings behind these pages.
Separate cohorts
The US short-term rental, long-term rental, and appreciation views use distinct scoring models. The Europe STR demand view ranks reported platform guest nights only. Its score is not an estimate of revenue, occupancy, legal suitability, or investment return. Compare shows scores only when the selected markets share a comparable cohort; cross-cohort comparisons show labeled raw metrics.
Scores, eligibility, and grades
A score is a 0–100 relative result within its original cohort. Eligibility gates can keep a market unranked when required evidence is missing, including verified short-term-rental regulation. A cap can limit a score where a material risk applies. The data-quality grade describes the underlying inputs and is distinct from the score. Each profile displays its factors, observed or modeled labels, source, and date.
Ranks shown here retain their original release positions. Because this demo contains a selected subset, rank numbers are not consecutive and must not be interpreted as ranks among only the displayed examples.
Dates and sources
Each metric keeps its historical observation date and source label. Some source observations predate the captured release. No displayed value is checked or refreshed after the snapshot. Official data, modeled estimates, and curated legal research have different limitations; follow the labels on each market profile.
Scope of this demo
The sample is for exploring AriolView’s visual design and interactions. It omits most of the former catalogue and keeps at most 36 recent observations per chart. It does not accept signups, collect new data, or provide current investment guidance. See the snapshot notes for its capture date.
